Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service to help design, implement, and optimize field service solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and processes. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will analyze requirements, define best practices, and deliver effective solutions that enhance customer service, scheduling efficiency, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions tailored to client-specific needs, including work order management, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile access for field technicians.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, documenting needs and translating them into technical specifications and functional solutions.
* Customization & Configuration: Customize Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, configuring workflows, custom entities, and business processes to optimize field operations.
* Integration & Data Migration: Ensure seamless integration of Field Service with other Dynamics 365 modules and third-party applications. Lead data migration efforts as necessary for a smooth transition to the new system.
* User Training & Support: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting during the go-live period to ensure successful adoption and system usage.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct testing, and resolve any issues identified during the implementation process to ensure the solution meets all performance and quality standards.
* Best Practices & Documentation: Establish and document best practices for Dynamics 365 Field Service configurations and use, ensuring scalability and alignment with industry standards.
Key Requirements:
* Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Field Service, including customization, configuration, and integration.
* Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities (e.g., work order management, scheduling, asset management) and proficiency in customizing forms, views, workflows, and Power Platform components.
* Project Experience: Experience managing or contributing to end-to-end Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.
* Data & Integration Skills: Proficiency in data migration and integration with other Dynamics 365 modules and external systems.
* Communication & Training Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with a proven ability to lead user training and support adoption.
* Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate, or similar certification.
