Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and visionary newly qualified and experienced midwives to join the established team of midwives at Mid Cheshire Hospitals Foundation Trust. The applicants should have experience in all aspects of midwifery care and have the ability to work with women in antenatal care, during labour and postnatally. You would be responsible for the provision of high quality, effective midwifery care on a day to day basis, working within all areas of the maternity unit. The post holder must be flexible, innovative and resourceful with excellent organisational skills, a team player with high personal standards of care. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be employed as a rotational midwife and work throughout all clinical areas of maternity services. Rotations through inpatient areas will include labour ward, maternity theatres, midwifery led unit and maternity inpatient ward. There will also be an opportunity to Rotate to the Maternity Outpatients Department and Community Midwifery.
