Job Title: Planner/Scheduler- Social Housing (Construction & Refurbishment)
Location: Derby
Salary: Up £29,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
TSR are currently working with a local Social Housing Contractor looking to add a Planner/Scheduler to their ranks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organise diaries, meetings, and appointments for the team.
* Track work progress and monitor KPIs to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
* Prepare and present comprehensive reports for the management team.
* Liaise with staff, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide general administrative support across various departments as required.
* Help coordinate and prioritise tasks to ensure the efficient running of projects.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Experience with a Social Housing or similar environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a similar co-ordinating or administrative role is desirable.
