LSH Auto is currently seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at our dealership in Whitefield. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth repair process for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming customers and managing service appointments efficiently
* Documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately
* Providing customers with clear and detailed cost estimates for services
* Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
* Updating customers on the status of their vehicles and addressing any queries
* Resolving customer issues and complaints with professionalism
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of automotive products and repair services
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with service department software
* A valid UK driver's licence
