Finance Assistant (Temporary) – Caerphilly – Hybrid - Pay Rate up to £16.25 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Môrwell Talent Solutions is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our client, a well-respected Not-For-Profit organisation based in Caerphilly.
This temporary role is designed to support the finance team during Year-End and a period of increased workload. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the organisation’s financial integrity by handling administrative and reconciliation tasks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate cash book entries
Perform bank reconciliations with precision
Support the team with finance-related queries
Assist with other finance tasks as required to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Finance Assistant role (preferably within the Not-For-Profit sector)
Strong understanding of cashbook management and bank reconciliation processes
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and finance software
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team
Available to start ASAP and comfortable working on a hybrid basis
