Job Objective: Take charge of a portfolio of existing client accounts, prioritising exceptional relationship management, maximising sales potential, and guaranteeing outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with current clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor for all industrial product needs such as bearings, tooling products, PPE, and related items.
Order Management: Efficiently handle sales orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and proactively resolving any order-related issues.
Sales Growth: Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities within established accounts to enhance revenue streams.
Technical Expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of industrial products to offer consultative assistance to clients.
Customer Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly via phone and email.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic insights to your accounts.
