Position Summary Reporting to our IBSS Programme Director, we are looking for a motivated and clinical project manager to play a key role in the delivery of our Intelligent Building software deployments. Key Responsibilities Project Management - Client-facing project management, client coordination, taking ownership and control of commercial, programme and scope delivery. Stakeholder coordination - Client-facing stakeholder coordination for confirming use-case configuration of the varied user groups, such as buildings end users, ITS teams, service desks operators, workplace management teams, and FM teams as applicable. 3 rd party integration coordination with client vendors for associated integrations and/or infrastructure, such as IoT sensors, APIs, AV, OT systems (e.g. BMS, lighting), AAD SSO. Internal Management - Management of our internal IBSS technical project delivery teams, and coordination with our IBSS product teams. Project Reporting - Periodic project management reporting. Skills and Qualifications Education and Experience 5 Years proven experience as a project manager (PM), ideally in Smart Buildings, or at least bridging either the IT Space, Automation Systems, or technical services projects in the built environment / commercial offices. Demonstrate project management and commercial acumen and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Be self-driven, motivated, and able to take full ownership of their tasks and deliverables. Technical Skills Be able to read and understand 3 rd party programmes, and create, manage and update internal project programmes to plan and manage project deployments, using tools such as Microsoft Project. Hold strong IT literacy for using Microsoft Office tools sets and services, and ability to compile technical documents. Creativity, problem-solving, passion and attention to detail. Able to take on a ‘lead role’ within project, whilst remaining a ‘team player’, carrying good communication skills to calmly articulate requirements, solutions and plans to both internal and external stakeholders. Work within processes, openly suggest improvements, and aid their implementation to the project delivery cycle. Hold suitable degree or industry qualifications around project management. The Successful applicant should be able to align to these ‘nice to have’ skill sets. · Knowledge in Smart Buildings, and an understanding of the typical use cases and personas. · Basic knowledge of Azure Infrastructure & Components. · IT infrastructure knowledge around passive and active IT networks, edge and cloud Services. · An understanding of interoperable software integrations using open protocols such s Modbus, BACnet, OPC. · An understanding of mechanical and electrical services in buildings, associated control systems such as BMS (building management systems), metering, and lighting. Ability to define equipment assets such as AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ect. · An awareness of IoT solutions, specifically industrial solutions such as machine occupancy sensing, and indoor air quality. · A good understanding of AV systems and equipment, most typical of commercial offices and workplace. · Ability to read and understand building floor plans, and schematics.
