Experience we are looking for:
The ideal candidate for this post will hold a Level 5 NVQ or be working towards
Registered nurse - Desirablebut not Essential.
Must have significant management experience in a residential nursing position with experience in completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal and HR processes such as recruitment, absence management and rota generation are Essential .
Applicant must be confident with MCA and DOLs.
Car driver.
