About the role We are looking for two Area Planners to join our established team within Guinness Property providing a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs. Based in Oldham, these are permanent full-time positions working 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. Hybrid working is available. During training and induction, you will be fully based in our Oldham office for approximately for 4 weeks. You will not only be an experienced Planner, but you will also have great customer service and organisational skills. You will also be able to demonstrate: Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Experience of working within agreed performance targets. Excellent oral and written communications. Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Experience of working with databases. Experience of working in social housing. Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours. Desirable: Experience of working with large volume data processing activities. Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Experience of working with subcontractors. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Experience of working with invoices / accounts.
