Pharmacy & Warehouse Manager GetHarley is hiring for a Pharmacy & Warehouse Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to take complete ownership of setting up a new pharmacy from scratch, ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless integration with our existing fulfilment processes. Once established, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day pharmacy management, overseeing a team of pharmacists and warehouse staff, and driving continuous improvement in workflows, inventory management, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop our Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch Gain approval to operate the pharmacy from the GPhC Maintain compliance with GPhC regulations Run the inbound/outbound logistics operation Manage a small team of operations staff Job requirements Be registered with the pharmacy regulator (GPhC) Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise Have a passion for pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers Have a love of working collaboratively with a team-centred approach Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services Excited by the prospect of establishing and running processes The warehouse will be based in Milton Keynes or Northampton, but we have a Marylebone, London HQ which is open anytime you want to pop in.
