An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious fast paced growing department for an Apprenticeship Trainer in Brick to join our Construction, Professional & Service Industries department reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager.
As an Apprenticeship Trainer with Stockton Riverside College you will be responsible for supporting Brick apprentices up to level 3. Utilising you're training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their training through one-to-one and group sessions. You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers.
The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience in the Construction sector and must be to level 3. Whether you are already a Brick tutor/trainer or considering a career change that utilises your existing skills and knowledge, or if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others, we want to hear from you.
You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training would be an advantage.

Schedule
• 2.5 days flexible between Monday-Friday.
• Flexible lunch breaks
