Job Description
Regional Facilities Manager role in Sheppey or Camden office, covering 80 sites across Greater London and South East, with some stores in Portsmouth and South Coast.
Estimated salary: £75k - £95k based on title, job description and location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage PPM and reactive maintenance for 80 stores using ServiceChannel CAFM system.
* Directly manage a Facilities Assistant and subcontractors.
* Present monthly reports to directors on store spend, maintenance budgets and issues.
* Ensure consistency in planned maintenance delivery.
* Create Requests for Proposals to minimise large-scale work costs.
Requirements:
* Fm experience in supermarket retail or food retail.
* Proven experience with CAFM systems.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
