Whether they are designing, delivering or assessing training needs our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.About the roleWe are looking for a customer focussed IT Trainer to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission. We are looking for someone who will deliver engaging, effective training programs to our employees. This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically proficient but also enjoys sharing knowledge, developing training materials, and helping others succeed in the world of IT. This is a blended role. It has no fixed location with a combination of remote and regular site, office or scheme working. On the Job you will:Create clear, concise training materials such as manuals, presentations, and video tutorials. Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, covering a variety of topics.Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs to address specific needs. Measure the success of training programs through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.Offer continuous support and troubleshooting assistance to trainees as they apply what they've learned. About YouWe’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.For this role you will need:Previous experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or in a similar role.Expertise in areas such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and QL.
