Foster positive, caring relationships with children, building their confidence and encouraging active participation in activities. Observe and track children’s progress, providing feedback and insights to the teaching team to support their development. Requirements: ✅A genuine passion for supporting young children’s growth and learning. ✅Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not required. ✅Strong communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
