Based at one of our farms in Littleport we are looking for an Estate Services and Projects Manager who will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects and Farm Estate duties. Key responsibilities: Planning, designing, and executing of specific projects. Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery. Compiling and submitting project status reports to stakeholders Fulfilling CDM requirement including undertaking Client, Principal Contractor and Principal Designer roles as required Management of Estate assets Maintenance of the farm roads and tracks Reservoir management to include statuary compliance. Management and co-ordination of whole farm drainage assets Management of site security, to include automated security systems. Infrastructure to support the delivery of the farming operation including (but not limited to) bridges, water controllers and field access points. Liaise with relevant stakeholders and farm staff daily, ensuring all jobs are prioritized to minimize disruption to the farming operations. Management of contractors ensuring compliance whilst working on-site Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. Ensure all actions are completed in accordance with appropriate Health and Safety requirements. The ideal candidate: Good communicator at all levels Previous project management experience Experience in managing contractors as a principal contractor. Detailed knowledge of CDM regulations Experience in fulfilling the Principal Designer role.
