As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support the class teacher in developing the learning of all pupils and, at times, work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
Responsibilities
You will be required to:
1. Support the class teacher in developing the learning of all pupils.
2. Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
1. Past LSA experience, ideally supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and Language Difficulties.
2. A good academic background.
3. The ability to manage groups of children, possessing great behaviour management skills.
4. Excellent communication skills - spoken and written.
5. Good organisation skills.
