Reporting to the Commercial Project Manager you will be able to confidently manage a busy workload on your own initiative and will adopt a flexible approach to your working day Principal Accountabilities: Using vehicle trackers to check operatives submitted times · Using the whereabouts to check against operatives locations · Ensure that the times are applied to the correct job on Ipsum Live · Providing reports around the data obtained · Chasing employees for unsubmitted times · Provide exception reports on non completion of time sheet About you Essential qualifications/ skills/ experience · Experience of working as part of a team · IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package · Proven experience of working in office based environment · Proven experience of working in customer service or a customer focused environment · Experience in analysing and interpreting data · Knowledge of waste network operations business processes would be a benefit · Experience of using & navigating web based office platforms such as the vehicle trackers site · Commercial awareness · Ability to communicate both up and down within Ipsum and the Client Organisation · Excellent communication skills · Excellent time management skills, with ability to deliver tasks to deadline. · Professional and positive approach · Self-motivated and organised. · Flexible attitude and approach. · Team player, and able to work on own initiative.
