An excellent opportunity has become available for a fluent German speaking Invoicing Assistant to join a market leading business as they continue to grow. This is a full time (38.75 hours per week) position with 2 days working from home.

Invoicing Assistant – About The Role
You will be involved with the following responsibilities:
* Creation and maintenance of accounts payable master data in the ERP system Enterprise One for all Companies
* Digital incoming invoice processing: receipt, recording, checking, validation, rejection
* Further processing and distribution of invoices and other documents
* Processing of manual incoming mail
* Incoming reminder processing
* Checking and correcting document completeness between the ERP system
* Taking on other administrative tasks
The successful Invoicing Assistant will have/be:
* Fluent in speaking German
* A desire to join a market leading organisation who are experiencing continued growth
* A proven track record within a similar role
* Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
* Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers
* High resilience, service orientation and ability to work in a team
* Confident use of IT and ERP systems (Enterprise One) and very good MS Office knowledge
