Our Client is a leading public sector organisation developing one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe.
They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager on an interim role for six months which may be longer.
The Supply Chain Manager will deliver the development, implementation and communication of supply chain activities, working collaboratively with appointed tier 1 contractors and partners to manage capacity for common supply chains, deliver market intelligence, facilitate co-ordinated contractor procurement and joint supplier development.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver development and implementation of supply chain activities.
2. Collaborate with tier 1 contractors and partners.
3. Manage capacity for common supply chains.
4. Deliver market intelligence.
5. Facilitate co-ordinated contractor procurement and joint supplier development.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in UK Supply Chain.
2. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
3. Knowledge of project delivery, commercial and contract delivery.
4. Understanding of Government schemes to ensure best value.
