About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join a globally recognised organisation that partners with some of the world’s most innovative companies. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation, helping businesses optimise their strategies and navigate digital change.
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business landscape, objectives, and challenges, demonstrating the value of cutting-edge digital experience solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client engagement and solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic consultant, advising clients on digital transformation and experience optimisation.
* Provide insights on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to support business growth.
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and use cases to showcase the value of digital solutions.
* Build and communicate tailored value propositions based on client needs.
* Lead customer workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
* Support the sales process by identifying key business challenges and offering effective solution approaches.
* Maintain a strong understanding of competitive solutions, industry trends, and best practices.
* Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and client case studies with strategic insights and innovative ideas.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong understanding of technology and its role in driving digital transformation.
* Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies and evolving industry trends.
* Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
* Experience in crafting end-to-end user experiences, incorporating content, web journeys, personalisation, and marketing automation.
* Ability to engage with both marketing and IT stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record in pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing roles.
* Experience with marketing and advertising technologies such as analytics, personalisation, content management, digital asset management, email marketing, data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and ad servers.
