An opportunity has arisen for keen swimmers looking to gain the National Pool Lifeguard qualification and secure employment at Chelmsford City Council’s flagship leisure facility, Riverside Leisure Centre.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as part of a team within the pools complex. The applicant must be a confident communicator and have excellent customer care skills. An essential requirement of this position is to hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification, however if you are not qualified, you must be able to attend the course, to be held at Riverside on 7 – 12 April 2025. Positions are available on a full time basis working on a shift pattern during the opening hours of the centre, 5.00am to 11.00pm, including weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is a must.
