Description
As a member of the Finance department, the Finance Assistant is required to establish strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders within the business and be comfortable working on own initiative and within a team. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create purchase orders and process invoices in accounting system NAV
2. Processing credit card transactions
3. Raising rechargeable expenses customer invoices
4. Sending and receiving deliveries
5. Other ad hoc finance admin activities
Key Skills
1. Finance experience (preferred but not essential)
2. Knowledge of MS Office: Word & Excel
3. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads
4. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data.
5. A confident communicator (both verbal & written)
