As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, your duties will include:

Supporting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.

Administering medication following training and guidelines.

Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health conditions.

Providing emotional support to clients and their families.

Supervising and mentoring junior care staff as required.
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).

Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
