The role will see the successful candidate oversee and administrate the activities of a team of 11 electricians, plumbers and decorators so experience of managing hard FM services in heritage buildings is essential.
Our client is an FM specialist with a stable 50 year history of working at a wide variety of premises from hotels in Mayfair to factories and warehouses so can offer an indefinite length of salaried employment and it is hoped that this contract will run for many years to come.
Interviews are available from w/c 3rd May and salary is a competitive 65k to 75k + package.
