Bookkeeper job in Warminster Your new company A market-leading design & distribution business are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in Xero and rectify anomalies. Produce accounts to trial balance. Post all Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices onto the CRM software. Enter data, maintain supplier and customer accounts, process expense claims. Assist with processing accounts receivable/payable and payroll when needed. Chase and process expense claims on credit card purchases and reconcile in Xero What you'll need to succeed Proven bookkeeping experience Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Xero software Proficiency in English and in MS Office High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Desirable: AAT Level 3 What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
