The CMT consists circa. 60 staff members at differing levels of seniority. The Training Coordinator will be a member of the Business Support Team and, in collaboration with all managers of the CMT, will lead work towards developing a supportive learning culture in which everyone can benefit from a varied learning and development programme that is consistent with The Salvation Army Values and Mission, and ensures compliance with contractual requirements.
You will be required to conduct training needs analysis to inform a Training & Development Plan that reflects the learning priorities of the ATMS Department and MSVCC and support managers and staff members in developing focused plans to achieve training and development goals. You will also have responsibility for monitoring compliance of MSVCC mandatory training requirements and supporting the development of guidance documents and delivery of training sessions within the MSVCC. You will be required to work with various stakeholders including our sub-contractors to support the training and development needs across the MSVCC.
