Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support:
1. Assist the eCommerce Manager and digital team with daily administrative tasks.
2. Schedule meetings, team standups, and events.
3. Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.
2. Project Coordination:
1. Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
2. Manage workflow and task assignments across the team.
3. Maintain up-to-date project management tools.
3. Communication:
1. Facilitate communication within the digital team and with external stakeholders.
2. Manage correspondence related to digital projects.
3. Keep team members informed of updates and deadlines.
4. Data Management:
1. Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
2. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the team.
3. Assist in creating content for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
4. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms.
5. Coordination with the eCommerce Manager:
1. Provide regular updates on administrative and project-related tasks.
2. Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
3. Offer logistical support for eCommerce initiatives.
6. Team Support:
1. Support team members with specific tasks as needed.
2. Assist in onboarding new team members by providing essential resources.
3. Address logistical issues to ensure smooth team operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in eCommerce or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in analytics, spreadsheets, and data management tools.
4. Excellent communication skills for working across teams and with external partners.
5. Retail experience or a role requiring high attention to detail (advantageous).
