Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Monitor stock levels in multiple warehouses as the gatekeeper to the inventory for incoming sales orders, watching for incoming production po’s and shipments when needed to fulfill open sales orders and backorders
* Assist NA sales team with EDI 850/860, ASN/UCC requirements, UPC and Pricing discrepancies, Routing and Bill of Lading requirements.
* Coordinates order level inventory allocation to meet and balance customer demands in times of tight supply.
* Provides sales support such as seasonal order forms, door count matrix, account setup (ERP/EDI), and account operational compliance requirements.
* Creation of item codes in ordering system
* Working closely with company warehouses to ensure speedy turnaround on conversions of stock, order fulfilment etc.
* Maintain constant communication with regions to assist in helping to materialize their opportunity trackers
* Have weekly meetings with all regions to successfully accomplish above tasks in a timely manner.
* Weekly reporting of stock positions, flagging low stock or out of stocks.
* Assist in updating skus and pricing for retailer, wholesaler specific accounts for all regions as needed.
* Assist in collecting and maintaining accurate forecast data for all regions.

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, previous experience in Navision/Business Central and/or other sales related software is preferred
* Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and to meet deadlines
* Expert conducting business in virtual settings via Zoom, Teams and ability to develop strong working relationships with remotely based teams
* Ability to work collaboratively in an evolving, fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 1 years’ experience operations or sales in a similar role; preferably in the beauty industry
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
* Mandarin speaking is preferred, but not required

In-office: 3 days per week (Tuesdays - Thursdays)
Remote: Mondays & Fridays
