This role is known internally as a Performance Partner
SALARY: £42,628 - £44,871 pro rata + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid Candidates can be based in either the Ealing, Oxford, Staines or Winchester Offices as their main base with attendance required once a week. There will be a requirement to travel to all offices for monthly in-person meetings and on an ad-hoc basis as required. Candidates must be comfortable and able to travel either by car or public transport to these locations
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (with the possibility to extend)
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Working as the Operations Performance Partner / Business Improvement Project Manager you will be the driving force behind one of more Operational teams, providing insightful, effective and results-driven business support.
As the Operations Performance Partner / Business Improvement Project Manager you will be enabling and empowering Operational service leads to focus on what truly matters enhancing customer satisfaction, boosting performance and driving improvement.
DUTIES
Your duties as an Operations Performance Partner / Business Improvement Project Manager will include:
Be an integral member within a high performing team who provide Operational Service Leads and other managers with day-to-day assistance on all issues relating to the quality, performance and improvement of services using LEAN principles where appropriate
Develop a detailed understanding of business processes, priorities and opportunities to improve
Use business intelligence, customer insights and quality assurance feedback to identify, coordinate and deliver projects to improve customer satisfaction and service performance
Utilise a detailed understanding of business areas to support the development of policies, procedures and processes, business continuity and cross-cutting business improvements such as IT and infrastructure changes
Be responsible for raising the profile of Operational teams by coordinating, maintaining and updating departmental requirements for communication material including Intranet and Internet pages
Support the service leads and with annual activity plans including project management responsibilities and assistance with progress monitoring and reporting
Be responsible for managing information in relation to legislative or contractual responsibilities such as contract libraries and relationship mapping
Maintain expert awareness of compliance and best practice
Contribute towards high quality performance and impact reports to demonstrate the value of Performance Partners including value added through project-based activities
Participate in improvement workshops, including supporting pre-work preparation, attending workshops, and ensuring follow-up actions are carried out
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Educated to A-Level (Grades A*-C) or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience of project management, delivery and evaluation
Experience of driving innovation and embedding new ideas within the public sector, charity or voluntary sector
Experience of setting up performance measures for monitoring progress of services against contract and departmental business plan objectives
Able to work effectively and diligently at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail
Confident approach to problem-solving ensuring matters be resolved swiftly and satisfactorily
Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and proven ability to maintain successful relationships with colleagues and customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to quickly adapt to new systems
Previous experience working in a business improvement or project management role is desirable
Experience in the Housing sector would be desirable to demonstrate knowledge of housing legislation, regulation, policy and best practice
This role will require some travel between offices, so it would be desirable for you to hold a clean UK driving licence and have access to a car or reliable transport links
