The successful candidate will: Be able to support the class teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons. Have high expectations of all pupils and is committed to developing their full potential. Be professional at all times and be a team player. Be positive, inspirational and self motivated. Have a sound knowledge of working with young children. Have high standards and expectations in regards to the classroom environments and displays. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
