To succeed in this role, you should be:\n\n⢠Highly organised and able to manage your time effectively\n⢠Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working both independently and in a team\n⢠Willing to live away from home while attending college or placements across SSE\n⢠Driving Commitment â While not essential at the start, itâs beneficial if you're learning to drive or already hold a licence. By the end of the programme, youâll be expected to have a full UK driving licence.\n\nEntry Requirements\n\nTo join the programme in September 2025, youâll need to have (or expect to achieve):\n\nMinimum of 2 A-Levels/Highers at C or above including Maths and Physics (or equivalent)\n\nWe welcome applications from candidates with equivalent engineering qualifications.
