Role: Customer Experience Executive
Location: SuperBike Factory Macclesfield
Salary: £27,000
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive who’s passionate about helping customers, even when the conversations get challenging. If you’re proactive, solution-focused, and ready to tackle complaints, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Ownership of the Customer Journey – Take full responsibility for each issue from start to finish, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.
* Managing Customer Complaints – Act as the go-to person for resolving issues, handling complaints professionally, to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
* Phone-Based Customer Support – so being confident and clear on the phone is essential.
* Compliance and Consumer Rights – Use your knowledge of regulations and the Consumer Rights Act to handle each case fairly.
* Efficient Query Handling – Respond to customer questions and queries via phone and email within our service-level agreements.
* Data Protection and GDPR – Uphold GDPR and data privacy standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in Customer Service and Complaints Handling – You have a background in managing customer feedback and are comfortable handling complaints with patience and professionalism.
* Strong Communication Skills – Confident on the phone and in writing, you’re a skilled communicator who can build rapport, even in challenging situations.
* Detail-Oriented and Solution-Driven – Ensuring accuracy in every response, and you enjoy problem-solving with a “can do” mindset.
* Knowledge of Consumer Rights – Familiarity with the Consumer Rights Act and other relevant policies is beneficial, ensuring we handle each case in line with regulations.
* Drive for Excellent Service – You’re passionate about delivering the best customer experience, aiming to exceed expectations wherever possible.
* Goal-Oriented – You’re motivated to achieve personal and team targets, contributing to SuperBike Factory’s reputation for customer satisfaction.
