An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a Legal 500 firm with an established presence across Shropshire and Wales.
We are seeking a Qualified, Private Client Solicitor (2 years PQE) to managing a general caseload predominately working with Trusts, along with probate, administration of estates, wills and LPAs.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Managing your own caseload of private client matters
Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals
Providing expert legal advice to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
Ensuring the department meets its targets and maintains high standards of service
Supporting the firm in business development and growth initiatives
What we need from you:
2 year+ PQE private client solicitor/ legal executive
Strong knowledge Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.
STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
A keen pro-active approach to business development along with expanding your reputation within the market place is also required.
