Job Introduction Executive Assistant The role is initially offered as a fixed term contract up to June 2026 About Us The Bristol Temple Quarter Limited Liability Partnership (BTQLLP) is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join the team helping to shape the future of Bristol Temple Quarter, to create a place people want to live, work and spend time. Bristol Temple Quarter (BTQ) is one of the UK’s largest regeneration programmes. It is a partnership between the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA), Bristol City Council, Homes England, and Network Rail. The Executive Assistant will play a key role supporting the BTQLLP’s CEO and the BTQ team to help make the partners’ ambitions a reality. About the Role You’ll be providing a high-quality support service to the BTQLLP CEO and the wider senior BTQ team, including proactive diary management, supporting external stakeholder engagements, managing a busy inbox with conflicting priorities and making travel arrangements. They’ll be the need to provide secretariat support to interesting key meetings, as well as the opportunity to make your mark by developing and establishing new administration procedures for the operation of the BTQLLP. About You With excellent MS Office and interpersonal skills, you’ll have experience of providing diary management and proactive administrative support in a busy and dynamic environment. With experience of dealing with multiple senior stakeholders, you’ll be able to handle conflicting priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality. Either knowledge gained through relevant experience, or a business administration qualification to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) is required for this role.
