Hours: 11 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
THE ROLE:
1. Respond to inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries from customers, providing information about products and services.
2. Proactively follow up on enquiries, gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
3. Assist with order management.
4. Identify and resolve issues.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Recent experience in Customer Service.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. IT literate.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Happy in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and collaborating with teams.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
1. £17,000 - £18,000.
