Job Summary
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insights, influence decision-making and drive efficiencies across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams and leadership, you will support cost optimisation, profitability improvement and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers and leadership to align financial performance with business strategy.
* Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets across multiple business areas.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
* Analyse key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
* Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
* Provide financial modelling and analysis for strategic decisions (e.g., investments, expansions).
* Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
* Collaborate with various departments to align financial and operational goals.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and audit requirements.
* Standardise and improve financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

* Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
* Experience in financial planning, analysis or business partnering.
* Experience in multi-site or complex business environments is advantageous.
* Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar ERP systems).
