As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for keeping behaviour management in check, alongside delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher.
We are looking for those with a true passion to work with students in the classroom. We can offer day to day supply, and long term roles, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities as a cover supervisor:
17. You will be required to support pupils with queries about the work set
18. Being proactive and keep busy throughout the day
19. Must be a team member who will collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of communication both internally and externally
20. Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, distribute work and ensure the classes are behaving appropriately to ensure a positive learning environment
21. Using behaviour management policy to adequately manage pupils behaviour
22. Being flexible with your job role throughout the day
23. Should have excellent time management and communication skills
24. Supporting children's physical, social and emotional well-being
Requirements & skills:
25. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get a new one)
26. Ideally degree in Education, PGCE
27. Relevant experience with children in the UK with 2 professional references
28. Eligibility to work in the UK (this is Essential)
29. Proof of Address (3 months recent)
30. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
