We're looking for an AreaSales Manager required for a leading HVAC manufacturer covering Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Edinburgh. Basic to £55K bonus to £12K.

THE ROLE
* To sell a market leading and broad range of commercial heating and cooling products to consultants (30%), M&E contractors (50%) and distributors (20%).
* Updating their CRM system with latest project info. Project tracking is a major part of the role.
* Keeping aware of the market and customer trends.
* Identify leads, and converting them to orders.
THE PERSON
Essential experience:
1. Significant sales experience of commercial building servicesproducts. With strong contacts in the M&E Contractors and Distributors. Or M&E Contractors and Consultants.
2. Well organised and used to planning your time effectively.
4. Good IT skills and experience of CRM systems.
