Finance Manager | £50-60,000 | Chester A rare opportunity to join a growing B2B business based in Chester. This role reports into the Finance Director and will support the day-to-day running of the finance function as the business looks to grow in the coming years. Comes with a salary of £50-60,000 per year. The Role Reporting into the Finance Director and managing a small team, the responsibilities of the Group Tax Manager include: Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, journals, prepayments to P&L Monitoring and report on variances across budgets Oversee cost control processes and identify opportunities for savings Ensure compliance with accounting standards Lead and develop small team (finance assistant), providing mentoring and developing Manage project costs Financial analysis of overheads and costs Maintain fixed asset register Prepare monthly VAT returns Administer payroll for employees Prepare year-end packs and liaise with external auditors About You: CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified Background from a dynamic SME environment as this will be a hands on all round finance role Excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising across all departments with all level of stakeholders Strong Excel and analytical skills Apply Now: Take the next step in your career journey and apply for this Finance Manager vacancy below.
