We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team. Day to Day of the Role:
* Assist teachers in the classroom to support the delivery of lessons.
* Motivate and encourage pupils to engage in learning activities.
* Provide support to young people who may exhibit challenging behaviours.
* Help maintain a structured and nurturing learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement educational plans.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
* Strong educational background across various subjects.
* Familiarity with the national curriculum and relevant learning programmes.
* Knowledge of relevant policies and codes of practice.
* Enthusiasm, commitment, and a positive approach to working with young people.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Experience working with young people is preferred.
