Sales and Marketing person required for our Company Head Office based in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
MAIN DUTIES:
Content Creation & Marketing •Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and engaging content for various channels (website, LinkedIn, email).
* Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and execute effective content marketing strategies.
* Create and edit promotional video content.
* Generate, curate, and schedule content for the company's social media channels.
* Ensure consistent branding across all marketing communication materials.
Product Marketing:
* Support the successful launch and marketing of new products.
* Craft compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition of products
* Manage advertising and other promotional activity in conjunction with the MD.
Website Content Management
* Coordinate and manage website updates, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
* Optimise website content for SEO and user experience to maximise lead generation.
* Create content for news, blog items, etc
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe CC
* Understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics and WordPress
* Experience of social media and website management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written
* Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, committed with a proactive, flexible personality
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong ability to manage projects and work autonomously while collaborating with other team members as required
This position is full time - 5 days per week,(40 hours) 08.30am -5pm. Annual Holiday: 28 days per annum (this includes all bank holidays) Workplace Pension Must have transport due to the location of the business and that there is no public transport to the village.
