The salary for this position is £24,100 - £25,100 per annum, depending on experience and is a full-time, permanent position.

Assisting with customer queries
Handling inbound calls and emails promptly
Managing guest queries and reservations, ensuring an easy process for all customers
Providing excellent customer service at all timeKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:
A passion for providing excellent customer service is required
Previous reservations or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
You will need to have excellent writing skills as you will be required to email customers
