OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
* A minimum of six months’ experience as a team leader in a high-end bar/hotel
* Banqueting experience
* Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team
* Extensive wine and cocktail knowledge
* IT literacy

* Assist the Manager & Supervisor in the coaching & leadership of the team
* Anticipate the needs of our guests, ensuring their requests are managed in a timely manner

* Deliver seamless, five-star service, creating unforgettable guest experiences.
* Ensure all service and back-areas are well stocked and clean
