🔧 Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ PPM & Reactive Maintenance – Service, repair, and maintain commercial gas systems, heating appliances, and associated plant.
🚨 Fault Finding & Repairs – Quickly diagnose and fix issues to minimise downtime.
📋 Gas Safety Compliance – Conduct inspections and ensure systems meet all legal requirements.
🏢 Diverse Work Environments – Work across offices, schools, healthcare facilities, retail sites, and more.
🤝 Customer-Focused Approach – Liaise with clients, provide expert advice, and deliver a first-class service.
📝 Record-Keeping & Compliance – Maintain accurate service logs and adhere to all health & safety policies.
📈 What You Need to Succeed:
✔ Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A).
✔ Proven experience in PPM & reactive maintenance in a commercial FM environment.
✔ Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills.
✔ Full UK driving licence – this is a mobile role.
✔ Great customer service & communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
