Specsavers in Yate are looking for an accomplished Audiologist to become their new Audiology Director and Store Partner in an exciting new Audiology Hub.
We want someone who is passionate about transforming hearcare in their community by increasing awareness of hearing loss, ear conditions, and diseases. We are passionate about de-stigmatising hearing loss by ensuring ease of access to our service for both NHS and private customers.

About the store
A team of 20 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home. The existing Partners are passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Audiology Director, you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms, and build/shape the team further as required.
The store is located in the heart of the vibrant town of Yate, near to Bristol. With excellent transport links, and going against the busy Bristol traffic flow – it’s not uncommon for people to travel from far and wide to visit us! There’s something here for everyone: from shops, bars, and restaurants to parks for families to enjoy. As the new Audiology Partner in Yate, your customer base will be very diverse – but there’ll be plenty of familiar faces too.
Who are we looking for?
Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care, and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Audiology professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
