My client is a successful insurance underwriting agency with over a decade’s experience of supplying fleet insurance to companies up and down the UK. From their HQ in London and small branch network they use a wide range of brokers to offer a personal, tailored service to meet the needs of Hauliers, Couriers, Standard and Non-Standard fleets.
They seek to recruit a full-time permanent Office Administrator to join their growing team in Belfast. You will assist the Claims Handlers, Underwriters and Management Team.
Key Duties: -
- Create and update records on database
- Processing records on a bespoke computer system
- Taking instructions by phone and e mails
- Filing and general admin/clerical support
Personal Skill Set: -
- Good Organisational Skills with an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills linked to good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and follow clear instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Maths and English to GCSE Level.
- Proficiency in computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Insurance administration desirable but not essential.
What do we offer: -
- Starting salary of £22,000 per annum. Rising with experience.
-25 holidays plus standard bank holidays.
- Normal working hours 9am-5pm. (1 hour lunch)
