We are currently recruiting for a Head of Business Development. This role will be based from home and include spending time at our head office in Kettering, as well as extensive travel around the UK. A full clean driving licence and access to a car are essential.
About the role:
1. Working closely with PCS Head of Services and Managing Directors, to grow and develop new client base.
2. Have an interest in supporting clients with complex care needs and care packages within their own homes.
3. Prospect and contact potential new clients across the UK; build relationships and maintain existing relationships with clients.
4. Travel to new business meetings, exhibitions and marketing events across the UK.
5. Arrange the attendance to exhibitions which are relevant to the business and complete relevant social media marketing for events.
6. Complete new client proposals.
7. Present themselves to new clients in a confident, approachable and professional manner.
8. Liaise with professionals within the care sector on a regular basis.
About you:
1. Experience in sales and marketing in the complex care sector is essential.
2. Experience in sales/cold calling/prospecting new clients is essential.
3. Excellent written and communication skills is essential.
4. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check will be required.
5. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Salary is up to £60,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience) plus OTE commission.
