Key Responsibilities : Actively seek and develop new business opportunities within your core market, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Source and attract top talent for roles across various functions and locations, utilising effective sourcing strategies and building a robust network. Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from initial briefing to offer management, acting as a trusted business partner and providing expert guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience and effectively selling the opportunity. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients. Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, optimise processes and contribute to a positive team culture. Qualifications and Skills : Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on professional-level roles. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively. In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
