If this role sounds like something you are interested in, apply now In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Dealing with 1st line support including security processes, cloud-based password resets and more. Configure and upgrade hardware, physical and virtual upgrades and installations. Configure and install systems, a combination of remote, physical an virtual using client OS, HubSpot and 365. Interpret technical documents working in the bespoke CRM systems with catalogues and documentation to use. Provide technical support to external clients face to face, phone, email and ticketing system. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £14,000 per annum. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. 28 days of annual leave including the Bank Holidays. Opportunity for progression.
