Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
* Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
* Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
* Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Assist in medical procedures and ensure a safe environment for patients during treatments.
* Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Skills
* Proficient in medication administration with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong patient care skills, ensuring comfort and dignity for all individuals under care.
* Solid knowledge of human anatomy to support effective treatment planning and execution.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
* Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining a calm demeanour.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively within a dynamic healthcare setting.
